Queer the Census!

"We're here, we're queer and WE WANT TO TELL YOU ALL ABOUT IT!!"

Queer the Census is a movement to include sexual orientation as a question on the official U.S. Census surveys. It seems odd that we have to ask for this... I would think that the folks down at the U.S. Census Bureau would be concerned with gathering accurate information. Especially when the data that is collected greatly impacts some many issues relevant to ALL Americans, i.e. health care, the economy, etc.

Obviously, if you are LGBTQ, you have NO reason not to sign this petition and get that free sticker! But, I strongly encourage those of you who are straight to sign the petition as well because we ALL have the right to matter.
